The process is clear and decisive, CHP (combined heat and power) engines produce energy which is sold to the grid. Next, Carbon capture units remove all of the CO₂ produced from the engines, this is then liquified and sold with up to 25-year purchase agreements to companies utilising CO₂ for their manufacturing such as Cola-Cola, Pepsi and Red Bull GmbH which is critically in huge demand for their food and beverage products.
